This is a great hat at a reasonable price. Nice and study and very piratey. Be aware that it is designed for a pretty large head, so it your head is small, it probably won’t stay on. Also, if you are going to a pirate event, don’t be surprised if you find others with the same hat, because it really is the best deal out there!

Itâs good for a pirate cosplay
It fits most heads, but if your head itâs on the larger or smaller size you might have an issue. Itâs very light and will blow away in the wind if you arenât comfortable. It also doesnât breath so your head will sweat like crazy. But for the price itâs a great quality and hat. Just give your head some breaks so it can breath.

Surprisingly good quality
This is a much higher quality hat than I was expecting – particularly in view of the modest price.It’s one size fit is large however, so I doubt it would fit women or young adults as the advertising suggests. On the other hand one could always sew some kind of material as a lining inside the crown to make the fit smaller. The hat comes without any lining, but its quality is such that it would be worthwhile putting one in to adjust the fit.I wear a 7 1/8 size hat and this one is too large for me so perhaps that will help others in determining the size. The hat does look and feel like real leather so making an adjustment is definitely worth it, as said above.It could also be used as a wall decoration or hanging over the mantle on the end of a revolutionary replica musket or sword.

My only complaint is that the back button was broken when it arrived and it would cost the price of the hat or just about to replace it. Otherwise, it served its purpose.
