Tasty
Nothing beats home made but when making food for 1 or 2 I just find using flakes the easiest and they taste great. I like keeping a box on hand for unexpected company as well.

I wish the boxes were bigger.
I don’t know why these potatoes are getting harder and harder to find in larger quantities. These boxes are small and the price isn’t. Good taters though.

These are the best I’ve tried
I love instant potatoes for so many reasons but they’ve been hard to find lately due, I guess, to the fires in the west last year.Anyway, these are much better tasting than what I used to buy. The texture is better too. I guess I’ll be buying them from Amazon from now on since this brand isn’t available at my store.

WTF is plain?
How is plain and potato a flavor? Order the 6 pack and somehow got plain. Not plain potato but plain. Blandest food I’ve ever eaten. You’ll think I’m being dramatic and order it anyway, but when you take that first bite you’re going to suddenly remember this review and think darn, he was right.
