Loved the horses, the rest not so much
Hats off to Christopher Forbes for his salesmanship. He must have bought Amazonâs film acquisition team a lot of drinks to give this movie a platform.I give him credit for putting himself out there, so thatâs worth one star. Chris donât give up on your dream, but donât quit your day job just yet.

Don’t bother with this one
Terrible movie. Bad acting, bad production quality, terrible lighting, all in all pretty awful. I didn’t make it through the whole movie. Ed Woof would have loved it.

Not bad
The acting was not great but I have seen worse. The story leaves out sooo much but touches on important issues of the time. That women were business owners in the south and could inherit. This was stopped after the north took over. It doesnât tell how Sherman salted the earth in many plantations from Atlanta to the sea and how much starvation resulted.Nor how the southern men couldnât vote for over 7 years after the war. That every store had union army posted and any southern person, old young and in between had to say the pledge before they could buy food etc and sometimes in degrading ways.At least this touched a little on the brutality
