I have driven over 6k miles with my flag flying. I’ve drive in sub artic Temps threw SD it was literally-18 and snowing with -45 wind chill. It’s been to the deserts in Las Vegas during the superbowl. Up and down highways at 80mph+. It’s even been threw a car wash or 2 with it mounted on the back of my truck. I’m very pleased with how well it has held up. It’s definitely an eye catcher when its flying. The stiching along the end of the flag IS comeing undone, an the flag is disintegrated a bit on the corner where it snaps, but I feel like it is kinda expected when I takes the highway wind.. you would unravel to in 90mph wind.. I promise..lol! You could easily run some thread back threw it along the edge to re-reinforce it. If you want to keep it nice then only fly it at intown speeds and take it off the car when it’s nasty out. Or just fly it ð

Don’t put anything into the stitching complaints
I was hesitant to purchase this after reading some of the reviews, but I’m glad I bought it. Many of the reviews complain about the stitching, but I have not seen an issue.The plastic pole is a little flimsy and will not tolerate a lot of stress, but the flag is heavy material that feels very strong. The stitching issue people refer to is that the flag is not tight around the pole, but it’s not supposed to be! The flag is supposed to be able to rotate.Will this flag hold up if you’re driving 70 mph down the freeway? Probably not. Will it hold up for in-town driving? Yes! Will it work for on your way to the game? Absolutely. That’s what it’s for!

Flag Slides Up the Pole – DIY Fix
I put the flag on my truck window but noticed that the flag slides to the top of the pole when driving.I went to Home Depot and grabbed cotter pins (hitch pin clips), drilled a hole through the plastic flag pole, and ran the pins thru the flag and pole to keep it flying properly. See picture for a better idea of how I applied them.Not ideal, but itâs a workaround for the issue with the flag design.

Fragile!
Ordered one, returned in within a week because the flag stitching tore, nearly lost the flag. 2nd one was better, for 3 months. Flag broke off at the window, so I lost the whole thing.Never went above 45mph with it either (I only drive 4 miles each way to & from work). I have another brand of these flags and it’s lived up repeated 90mph, 25 mile trips…
